In person and virtual.
Come as you are.
Learning labs, ally exchanges and a flagship in-person day - sensory-friendly by design, for advisers, planners and firms in financial services who want to get this right. Most are free; only our flagship in-person day asks for a pay-what-you-can contribution.
Learning labs & ally exchanges
Always free, always community-funded - just turn up.

What our in-person events are like
Small rooms, real conversation and no pressure to perform. Here's honestly how the day runs, so you know what you're walking into.
An afternoon, not a marathon
Four hours rather than a full day, with a soft start - arrive at 1pm, get a drink, settle in before anything begins.
Expert-led, practical sessions
Short talks and panels you can act on, not sales pitches. Slides shared afterwards so you don't have to take notes.
A quiet break-out area
A dedicated space to step away and reset. Leaving a session early is completely normal here - no explanation needed.
Movement breaks built in
Regular breaks between sessions. Stand, stretch, pace, fidget or step outside whenever you need to.
Structured ways to meet people
Optional prompts and light facilitation so you're never stuck doing cold small talk in a room of strangers.
Chatham House rules
Share openly - what's said in the room can be used, but never attributed to you without your permission.
Colour-coded lanyards
Pick the one that matches how you'd like to interact on the day - choose yours at checkout, or decide when you arrive.
Cost shouldn't decide who's in the room
Our learning labs and ally exchanges are always free and community-funded. Only the flagship in-person event asks for a contribution - and even then, you choose what you pay.
Labs & exchanges: free
Every online learning lab and ally exchange is free to attend, funded by the community and our supporters. No catch, no upsell.
In-person: you choose
The flagship event has real venue and catering costs, so we ask for a contribution. Tiers are set per event - pick the one that's honestly right for you, with no explanation needed.
Paying more helps someone else
Where a higher tier exists, the extra quietly subsidises a lower-cost place for someone who needs it. That's how this stays open to everyone.
The "please fund my place" template
A ready-to-edit one-pager that makes the case to your employer for covering your ticket and travel - framed around team benefit, not favours. Fill in three blanks and send.
- โ Ready-to-use PDF - just add your details
- โ Pre-written benefit & ROI paragraphs

Save your seat.
Pay what you can, come as you are, and leave with something you can actually use on Monday.
